Cocktail Masterclass

With our friends from Boho we joined forces to organize a cocktail masterclass for the girls from Girls of Sofia. The training was conducted by Viktor Hristozov, bartender of the year, who won third place at the World Class competition. He showed us the ins and outs of making and mixing cocktails.

During the masterclass, we learned basic cocktail making and mixing techniques and experimented with new flavours. We each made a few cocktails - a Tommy's margarita, a Christmas cocktail and an amazing Baileys and chocolate cocktail that quickly became a favorite of the ladies. We also enjoyed the amuse-bouche which paired perfectly with the cocktails.
