Come for a different cardio workout! Trampoline workout is one of the newest fitness programs based on jumping with elements of aerobic movements, which takes place on specially designed, professional trampolines.
Jumping on a trampoline spares the joints. Jump training lacks the well-known and painful bruising of the lower limbs typical of running, which is also very detrimental to the ankles. Over 400 muscles of the human body are involved during the workout and up to over 1,000 calories are burned.

If for any reason you are unable to attend the event, we will refund 100% of the amount if you cancel your booking up to 72 hours before the date. If you cancel after this period, the amount will NOT be refunded, no exceptions and regardless of the reason.
