Assessment: understanding the base, middle and high notes of each type of tea;
Customs, Aesthetics and Philosophies: Ceremony, Tai Chi movements and instrument work;

About the Host: Dora Guo is a certified tea sommelier, drawing inspiration from her upbringing in China, her international career and her passion for holistic wellness. Born in the mountainous region of Sichuan, she inherited a love of tea from her family, for whom jasmine leaves are not just a beverage, but a philosophy and a way of life. Throughout her career in the luxury services and events industry, Guo deepened her knowledge of tea. After her diagnosis with cancer, she turned her energies to traditional Chinese medicine as a path to recovery. During her research, she rediscovered the mental health benefits of the communal tea ceremony as a source of mindful calm, stimulation of all five senses, and appreciation for company, connection, support, and celebration. Since her recovery, Guo has dedicated herself to sharing her understanding of tea and the Chinese tea ceremony with those seeking a balance between career, family and personal well-being. She creates unique experiences that offer learning, insight, health and personal development.

The event will be conducted in English with Bulgarian translation.
