Gingerbread House Workshop

Christmas smells of cinnamon, lit candles, orange peels and peeled tangerines. I think we forgot something! Ah, yes - gingerbread cookies. With the JUICY JOY we welcomed the girls from Girls of Sofia for a very cute Christmas workshop for decorating gingerbread houses. Each lady enjoyed an amazing colourful drink, from a golden turmeric latte to the familiar and much loved matcha latte. We also finished with champagne, but that's another topic, let's not get carried away...

During the workshop, the experienced pastry chef Nicole Ivanova, showed all the techniques used to create beautiful gingerbread houses. We also did a competition and one lady won two amazing vegan chocolates from The Urban Chocolate.
