The idea for Girls of Sofia was born in April 2023, when I accidentally came across a cozy studio in the center of Sofia, which holds ceramics classes. I decided to sign up and asked all my girlfriends if they wanted to come with me, but none of them were willing, which made me wonder if I wanted to go alone.  

I thought about how many girls have been in a similar situation - wanting to do interesting things, outside of their comfort zone, attending creative activities and masterclasses, but not having anyone to do it with.

So it occurred to me to create a club based on common interests. Strangers who get together every week, attend interesting and inspiring events, make friends, and learn new and useful things.
